The Milling Process

Milling & Sifting: Using high-precision rollers and modern sifting technology, the wheat is ground and separated into various flour grades and by-products.

Sourcing & Cleaning: We select only the finest wheat, which undergoes magnetic separation and aspiration to remove all impurities.

Conditioning (Tempering): Moisture is added to the wheat to toughen the bran and mellow the inner endosperm, ensuring a clean separation during milling.
